General Game Rules

Classic Blackjack with Noble Diamonds™ is played with 6 regular decks, and the dealer must stand on all 17. There is no dealer peek; one card is dealt to the dealer face-up. Players can double down on hard 9, 10, and 11 but cannot double after a split. Splitting is allowed once to make 2 hands, and multiple cards can be drawn to split Aces. A split Ace and a 10-value card count as 21, not Blackjack. Unlike 10-value cards cannot be split.

Noble Diamonds Side Bet Rules: The Noble Diamonds side bet pays if your initial two cards and the dealer's face-up card form one of eight winning combinations, with payouts ranging from 3:1 to 2000:1. To participate, you must place the side bet before pushing the deal button. If your first two cards plus the dealer's up card combine to provide one of the eight hands, you win the Noble Diamonds side bet; otherwise, you lose your side bet stake.

Insurance Rules: If the dealer's first card is an Ace, you can take insurance against the dealer getting Blackjack. An insurance bet costs half your regular bet amount and is independent of your regular bet. Insurance only covers your original hand, not any second hands on a split or double down. If the dealer doesn't have Blackjack, the insurance bet is removed, and its cost is deducted from your balance. If the dealer has Blackjack, the insurance bet pays out at 2:1.

Double Rules: You can double down on your first two cards if they are a hard hand (no Ace or Ace counted as 1) with a value of 9, 10, or 11 only. A double-down bet equals your regular bet amount. You are dealt one card when you double down and your handstands. You cannot double down after a split.

Split Rules: You can split two cards of the same denomination only. When you split, a bet equal to your regular bet is placed on the second hand, and a new card is dealt to each hand. Splitting Aces and drawing a 10-value card counts as 21, not Blackjack, and vice versa for splitting 10-value cards and drawing an Ace. You can only split once per game, making two hands, and your split hands are completed before the dealer plays their hand.

How to Play Classic Blackjack with Noble Diamonds™

Classic Blackjack with Noble Diamonds™ is an exciting variation of the classic game. It features a unique side bet that offers the chance to win impressive payouts. This guide will walk you through the steps to play the game and provide an overview of the Noble Diamonds side bet.

Step 1: Place Your Bets

To begin, place your main bet on the table in the designated betting area. If you wish to participate in the Noble Diamonds side bet, place an additional chip in the specific side bet area. Remember, you must place the side bet before pushing the deal button.

Step 2: Receive Your Cards

After placing your bets, click the "Deal" button to receive your initial two cards. The dealer will also receive two cards, with one card dealt face-up.

Step 3: Check for Noble Diamonds Side Bet Winnings

If you placed a Noble Diamonds side bet, check if your initial two cards and the dealer's face-up card form one of the eight winning combinations. If you have a winning hand, you'll receive a payout according to the paytable, ranging from 3:1 to 2000:1. If not, you lose your side bet stake.

Step 4: Play Your Hand

After resolving the Noble Diamonds side bet, focus on your main hand. If the dealer's face-up card is an Ace, you can take insurance by placing a bet equal to half your original wager. Evaluate your hand and choose to hit, stand, double down, or split according to the game rules and your strategy.

Step 5: Dealer's Turn

Once you have completed your hand, the dealer will play their hand according to the game rules. The dealer must stand on all 17s and draw cards until reaching a hand value of 17 or higher.

Step 6: Resolve Bets

Your main bet will be resolved after the dealer has completed their hand. You win if your hand beats the dealer's hand without exceeding 21. You lose if the dealer's hand is better or if you bust (exceed 21). A push occurs when you and the dealer have hands of equal value, resulting in your bet being returned.

Step 7: Start a New Round

After all bets have been resolved, you can start a new round by placing your main bet and optional Noble Diamonds side bet, following the above steps.

Features

Noble Diamonds

The Noble Diamonds side bet is an exciting additional option that offers players the chance to win impressive payouts of up to 2000:1. To participate in this feature, place a chip in the Noble Diamonds bet area after placing your main bet. The side bet is triggered when your initial two cards and the dealer's face-up card form one of the following eight winning combinations:

  • 3 Kings of Diamonds (2000:1)
  • J-Q-K of Diamonds (500:1)
  • J-Q-K Suited (150:1)
  • 3 Suited Royals (50:1)
  • J-Q-K Unsuited (25:1)
  • 3 Unsuited Royals (15:1)
  • 2 Suited Royals (9:1)
  • 2 Unsuited Royals (3:1)

If your hand matches one of these combinations, you will receive a payout according to the side bet rules and the corresponding paytable. The Noble Diamonds side bet adds extra excitement to the classic blackjack game, giving you more ways to win and the potential for substantial rewards.

Caution Prompt

The Caution Prompt is a helpful feature to prevent accidental gameplay decisions. This feature is triggered when a player attempts to make a potentially misguided move, such as:

  • Standing on a hand value of 11 or below
  • Hitting on a hand value of 17 or above

When the Caution Prompt is activated, a message will appear on the screen, asking the player if they are sure about their decision. This prompt is a safeguard, allowing players to reconsider their move and avoid unintentional mistakes that could negatively impact their hand. The Caution Prompt feature ensures a smoother and more enjoyable gaming experience by minimizing the risk of accidental decisions.

Cons

  1. Higher volatility: Including the Noble Diamonds side bet increases the overall volatility of the game. While this side bet offers the potential for significant payouts, it also means that players may experience more frequent losses when participating in it.
  2. Additional betting required: Players must place an additional wager alongside their main bet to participate in the Noble Diamonds side bet. This extra betting requirement may not appeal to all players, particularly those with smaller bankrolls or those who prefer to stick to the core game of blackjack.
  3. No control over side bet outcome: As with most side bets in casino games, players have no control over the outcome of the Noble Diamonds side bet. Winning the side bet depends entirely on the cards dealt, which can be frustrating for some players who prefer to rely on skill and strategy.
  4. Potential for increased losses: While the Noble Diamonds side bet offers the chance for substantial wins, it also exposes players to the risk of increased losses. Players should know the potential financial implications of participating in the side bet and manage their bankroll accordingly.
